Message To Our Client’s About COVID-19
DLG continues to operate a fully staffed virtual office during the coronavirus crisis, which includes full phone, email and remote access for our attorneys.
We are writing to update you on the actions DLG is taking to support you amidst this global health emergency. We are committed to being available to respond to any questions or concerns that you may have during this time of stress, uncertainty and disruption.
We remain dedicated to providing the highest and best legal services without interruption during this uncertain time.
Additionally, we have created a specific list of services to assist and serve the public’s needs during the coronavirus pandemic:
1. Telephone Consultations and Remote Representation:
Our attorneys are available for telephone consultation and remote engagement of new clients. We accept payment through our online payment portal (link) and are able to execute and sign documents remotely.
2. Representation in Telephonic Hearings:
Pursuant to the Supreme Judicial Court’s Order (dated March 17, 2020), the Superior Court, as well as the District Court and Housing Court, are only open for in-person proceedings for emergency matters that cannot be addressed and/or resolved through videoconference or telephonic hearing. The attorney’s at DLG are available to represent our clients in these telephonic and videoconference hearings, where available, to keep their matters on track during the coronavirus pandemic.
During this unsettling time, there are several estate planning documents to consider preparing or reviewing, which include but are not limited to a will, a health care proxy, and a power of attorney. At the DLG, it is our goal to give you peace of mind at every step of the legal process, which includes providing assistance to prepare yourself and protect your loved ones during this chaotic time.
In addition to these specific services, DLG continues to represent our clients in a wide range of real estate, estate planning, business and civil litigation matters. Feel to call us today at (617) 879-8664 or contact us by email: Matthew J. Dunn, Esq. at firstname.lastname@example.org or Meghan E. Hall, Esq. at email@example.com.
